1. Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery: Most of our products typically take 5 to 15 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on your destination.

  • Please note that transit times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to custom clearance processes.

2. Special Handling for Sensitive Items (Battery-Powered Products)

  • Some of our curated items contain built-in batteries.

  • Due to standard international aviation security regulations, items with batteries are classified as Sensitive Cargo.

  • What this means for you: These sensitive items require specialized secure shipping routes to ensure safe transit, which may occasionally lean toward the upper end of our 5–15 business day delivery window.

3. Multiple Packages / Split Shipments

  • To avoid unnecessary delays, we do not hold your entire order waiting for one item.

  • If your order includes a mix of regular items (e.g., accessories, socks, clothing) and sensitive items (battery-powered electronics), your items may be shipped separately.

  • In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email so you can monitor each package individually. Don't worry—no extra shipping fees will be charged for split shipments!

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update on the logistics system.
